1 COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE THURSDAY, AUGUST 15, 2024 AGENDA Convene Meeting: 6:30 p.m. Mashpee Town Hall Jehu Meeting Room, 16 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, MA 02649 EXECUTIVE SESSION To consider the purchase, lease or value of the following parcel of real property; parcel 71-55 located at 475 Nathan Ellis Highway pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, section 21(a)(6), with the Chair having declared that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the CPC, and To consider the purchase lease or value of the following parcel of real property bounded on all sides by Popponesset Bay; Gooseberry Island pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, section 21(a)(6), with the Chair having declared that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the CPC.
