SELECT BOARD <br /> Minutes—Regular Session <br /> November 17,2025 <br /> Motion by Richardson to approve the Town's practice concerning eligibility for Town insurance benefits <br /> and to approve Select Board Policy 084 <br /> Motion seconded by Cotton <br /> VOTE: 5-0 <br /> Roll all Vote: Michaela Wyman-Colombo,yes David Wee den,yes John Cotton,yes <br /> Tracy Wilson,yes Michael Richardson,yes <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT FOR ANY ITEM NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> • John Cotton shared that Scouts from Mashpee's Local Troop 36 heroically assisted hikers on <br /> Mount Lafayette. <br /> • Michaela Wyman-Colombo provided an update from the Assembly of Delegates public meeting <br /> regarding a suggestion to include language in the proposed luxury tax that supports <br /> redevelopment and water quality initiatives <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> LIAISON REPORTS <br /> WATER QUALITY UPDATES <br /> TOWN MANAGER UPDATES <br /> • Preparation of the Select Board Agenda—Reminder that the standard deadline for submission of <br /> items for the agenda is Monday prior to the meeting or, in the case of a Monday holiday, the <br /> Friday before; exceptions should be limited to unanticipated time-sensitive matters. <br /> • Response to Public Comment on 11/3/25—Clarification offered regarding DNR staff coverage and <br /> vessel towing policy, and the use of Red Brook Road site for staging due to construction of new <br /> police station. <br /> • Clarification on Eligibility List—Explained prior confusion with candidate#1 was because he had <br /> already been hired. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion by Cotton to adjourn the meeting <br /> Motion seconded by Wilson <br /> VOTE: 5-0 <br /> Roll Call Vote: Michaela Wyman-Colombo,yes David Weeden,yes John Cotton,yes <br /> Tracy Wilson,yes Michael Richardson,yes <br /> Meeting adjourned at 7:38 PM. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Christine A.
