MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> NOVEMBER 12, 2025 <br /> Mr. Morris questioned the setback on the proposed deck. Attorney Kirrane stated that the existing <br /> decking extends all the way to the bulkhead and is approximately 8 ft. off the float. <br /> Mr. Ganzenmuller questioned the comment from the Board of Health agent for the cased opening. <br /> Attorney Kirrane mentioned that there is currently interior work being done, and does not require <br /> Zoning. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Ganzenmuller, so moved. Mr. <br /> Furbush second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding for 180 Waterway with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan —Prepared for: Steven & Jill Purpura, Project: 180 Waterway, Date: August 6, <br /> 2025,Prepared by: Cape&Islands Engineering, Stamped and signed by Jacob Fricke,PLS, <br /> No: 59305, and Charles Rowland, Civil Eng. No: 52699. <br /> 3. Building Plans-Prepared for Purpura Residence, Date: June 28, 2025, 1: Deck Bracket, 2: <br /> Deck Bracket, 3: Plan, 4: Elevation, 5: Closet—East Side, 6: Closet West Side, Prepared <br /> by: Curl Architecture, Melrose MA. <br /> 4. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record including but not <br /> limited to the Conservation Department and Board of Health. <br /> 5. Any changes to the plans will require the applicant to return to this Board. <br /> 6.
