Mr. Livingston made a motion to approve the minutes, which Mr. Virgilio
seconded
b. Motion passed unanimously 2:
Discussion
1. Discussion of variance r 67 WhippoorwillCircle, Peter McEntree
A new septic system is being proposed to replace the current failed system.
See documentation for variances.
r. Seabury doesn't have any problem with either of the variances. A normal
Title V system just requires four foot separation to ground water from otto
of the SAS unless the perc rate is less 5 minutes per inch. Because we have
great sand it goes through faster, coupled with the IA system S86 does
actually allow for a ground water separation reduction anyways. One foot
reduction to 4 from 5 is no concern with an IA system.
There being no further comment or discussion, John Livingston motioned to
approve the variances for 67 Whippoorwill Circle. Ernest Virgilio seconded.
Unanimously approve (2-0)
1
