Health Agent Seabury noted that the property is included in Phase 2 of the North Sewer <br /> Project, with an anticipated connection timeline of two to three years. He stated that, <br /> given the pending sewer connection, the request to install a conventional system in lieu <br /> of an I/A Technology system meets requirements for approval. <br /> Mr. Ring moved to grant the variance, conditioned upon the property connecting to the <br /> Phase 2 North Sewer system; should the project not proceed, the system must be <br /> upgraded to I/A Technology, Mr. Livingston seconded the motion. <br /> The Motion passed unanimously (3-0). <br /> • Discussion of Sewer Project Phase 2 and 1000 foot IA regulation <br /> Health Agent Seabury stated that Phase I of the Sewer Project had been approved <br /> administratively and advised the Board that it could either continue hearing Phase 2 <br /> variance requests or allow administrative approval.
