'Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Jill Allen,Chair. <br /> A quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen,Mary LeClair,Lisa <br /> Meizinger, and Richard Klein. <br /> 2. A Mroval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve the <br /> general session minutes of April 10,2025. Ms.Meizinger moved to approve the minutes <br /> of the General Session held on April 10,2025,seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion carried. <br /> 3-Ayes, 0-Nays, Mary LeClair-Abstained. <br /> 3. Treasurer's Report, Warrants.Budget Revision & CFA 5001: Ms. Conn reviewed the <br /> �Z h 2025 and 3/31/2025 Quarterly Financials and Tenant Accounts Receivable (TAR). <br /> The reserves have dipped below the 35% required level and are at 33.51%. Due to <br /> emergency repairs the extraordinary maintenance budget line has almost doubled. Ms. <br /> Conn is working with the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities <br /> (EOHLC) on both a budget revision and a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) revision to <br /> cover emergency repairs to supplement the operating expenses and restore the required <br /> reserve level to 35%. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the 3/31/2025 Quarterly <br /> Financials, and TAR; seconded by Ms. LeClair. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. The <br /> board reviewed the April 2025 Warrants,and a brief discussion ensued,two discussed were <br /> reissues due to checks that were lost in the mail. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the <br /> April 2025 Warrants, seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. The <br /> board then reviewed the 6/30/2025 budget revision one, because of the extraordinary <br /> maintenance the reserves by year-end are expected to be around 15.83%.
