The Pledge of Allegiance was recited, followed by a moment of silence. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES — October 07, 2025 <br /> The spelling of Sharon Muller was corrected throughout. The date was edited on page two to <br /> reflect the 7t" not the 11t" for town meeting submission, additional minor corrections made. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Denise Geoffrion made a motion to accept the meeting minutes as amended. <br /> Seconded by Gerry Tutor. All in favor. <br /> Chair Sparkes noted he was contacted by Kimberly Conn from the Mashpee Housing <br /> Authority, who expressed interest in meeting with this Committee. She wanted to discuss a <br /> CPC application where she is seeking a letter of support. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Mashpee Commons Presentation Debrief <br /> There are no visible foundations yet. <br /> Suggested Affordable Housing Resource Module Links <br /> Ms. Geoffrion reviewed Module 3 on community outreach. Community outreach really starts <br /> with dynamic dialogue where there is an understanding of what affordable housing means and <br /> those components. She noted everyone likes the idea of affordable housing, but once it comes <br /> up in someone's neighborhood, nobody wants it. Talking sometimes may not change people's <br /> minds. <br /> 1 <br />
