MINUTES: <br /> The October 8,2025 Minutes were presented by Chairman Egel.James Loew motioned <br /> to approve the Minutes; seconded by Christine Perrault; approved unanimously. <br /> 2. APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> No Public Comment. <br /> 3. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> (1) Director's Report <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin. Ms. McLaughlin <br /> reviewed the substantive content of the Report with the Committee. <br /> Elizabeth Kugell motioned to approve the Director's Report; seconded by Sherry <br /> Norman; unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (2) Treasurer's Report <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin.
