MINUTES: <br /> The November 12, 2025 Minutes were presented by Chairman Egel. Elizabeth Kugell <br /> motioned to approve the Minutes; seconded by Christine Perrault; approved <br /> unanimously. <br /> 2. APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> No Public Comment. <br /> 3. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> (1) Director's Report <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin.
