Ms. Waygan stated actions cover those items, there are a number of <br /> actions that talk about buying private parcels, like Pimlico Pond, for example. <br /> Ms. Waygan continued that every goal links a policy to an action item. Mr. Tobin wasn't <br /> necessarily looking for action items to correlate, he wanted to know what is meant by 50% of <br /> 1 <br />
