(Representative: Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering. 43- <br /> 3278 <br /> Summary (342 Monomoscoy Road) <br /> The applicant requested a Certificate of Compliance for a previously permitted pier modification at 342 <br /> Monomoscoy Road. Staff confirmed the project passed inspection in substantial compliance with the Order of <br /> Conditions. <br /> Although mitigation plantings have not yet been installed, the applicant executed contracts with a landscaper and a <br /> mitigation monitoring company,placed all required funds in escrow, submitted supporting documentation to staff, <br /> and scheduled planting for April—May with one year of monitoring. This approach was accepted to allow the <br /> property sale to proceed.
