<br />Select Board <br />January 5,2026 <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Town Manager Rodney Collins opened the discussion by clarifying the Housing Authority <br />vacancy that resulted from a recent resignation. He explained that although a person of <br />interest had been mentioned, questions arose during the process of placing the matter on <br />the board’s agenda, specifically regarding whether the vacancy had been properly posted. <br />It was determined that the vacancy had not been posted by either the Select Board o?ice <br />or the Housing Authority.
