Baker Boat Ramp if an open meeting may have a detrimental <br />e?ect on the litigating position of the public body, and the Chair so declares. <br />2. Executive session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3) to discuss litigation strategy with <br />respect to Cleary, et al. v Bonvie, et al. (Zoning Board of Appeals and Town), Land <br />Court C.A. 25MISC000710 if an open meeting may have a detrimental e?ect on the <br />litigating position of the public body, and the Chair so declares. <br />3.
