MINUTES: <br /> The December 17, 2025 Minutes were presented by Chairman Egel. Christine Perrault <br /> motioned to approve the Minutes; seconded by David Egel; approved unanimously. <br /> 2. APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> .No Public Comment, <br /> 3. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> (1) Director's Report <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin. Ms. McLaughlin <br /> reviewed the substantive content of the Report with the Committee. <br /> James Loew motioned to approve the Director's Report; seconded by Christine <br /> Perrault; unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (2) Treasurer's Report <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin. Ms. McLaughlin <br /> reviewed the substantive content of the Report with the Committee. <br /> Rachel Hodgman motioned to approve the Director's Report; seconded by Judith <br /> Scofield; unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (3) Outreach Coordinator's Re ort <br /> Report was distributed by Lori Nelson.
