For example, in 2023 $550,000 was awarded to the Trust. <br /> -The Trust can accept and receive money, purchase, retain, lease, sell, and transfer property, <br /> employ advisers, and exercise various accounting and financial matters. <br /> CPC <br /> -Established in 2005 and adopted provisions of Ch.44B. <br /> -Consisting of 9 members appointed annually. <br /> -Representatives are members of the Conservation Commission, Historical Commission, <br /> Planning Board, Select Board, Housing Authority, and four members appointed by the Select <br /> Board. <br /> -The town surcharge was reduced in 2020 to 2%, which equals $33.9Million in total CPA <br /> revenue. <br /> Town Owned Land <br /> -Mashpee Housing Authority: 6.2 acres at Breezy Acres <br /> 6.34 acres at Ashers Path. <br /> Habitat for Humanity: 5 acres across 15 homes <br /> Affordable Housing Trust: 16.6 acres on 2 sites, Falmouth Rd. and Old Barnstable Rd. <br /> Leclair Village: 5.8 acres <br /> Total = 34 acres <br /> Town Bylaws shall be consistent with the LCR Review LIP proposals and permit applications <br /> and identify opportunities. <br /> 3 <br />
