Mr. Virgilio abstains because he was not <br />present at this meeting. Minutes approved. <br /> <br />1. 25 Elliot Rd – BSS Design, Inc. on requesting variance 310 CMR 15.000: <br /> <br />Representing the client for 25 Elliot Rd. Mr. Tom Bunker from BSS Design Inc., <br />requests several variances for setbacks from property lines. <br /> <br /> Bulkhead to SAS 4’ variance <br /> Water service lines to SAS 5’and sleeved <br /> 1’ Variance from SAS to Lot 17 <br /> <br />Agent Seabury notes that Engineer of Record needs to add; <br /> Tank to bulkhead 5’ Variance <br /> <br />Upgrade to I/A system using the Sludgehammer product for Nitrogen Reduction. <br />Mr. Livingston moved to accept the variances, including the additional variance <br />referenced by Agent Seabury.
