Three-year mitigation plan for plantings and continue to work with staff regarding <br /> the other concerns of the Commissioners. <br /> Discussion: Mr. Colombo asked whether the second condition referenced both the mitigation plan <br /> and the drainage area discussed. It was confirmed that the condition included the <br /> three-year mitigation plan as well as the proposed drainage area, such as crushed stone <br /> or a similar solution.
