Town of Mashpee Conservation Commission <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> MOTION: To close an issue at 15 Nehoiden Road with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Three-year mitigation plan for plantings and continue to work with staff regarding <br /> the other concerns of the Commissioners. <br /> Discussion: Mr. Colombo asked whether the second condition referenced both the mitigation plan <br /> and the drainage area discussed. It was confirmed that the condition included the <br /> three-year mitigation plan as well as the proposed drainage area, such as crushed stone <br /> or a similar solution. Mr. Colombo stated he wanted to clarify this before the roll call <br /> vote. <br /> Motion by: Richard Sahl Seconded by: Sandi Godfrey <br /> Vote: Motion passed by unanimous vote. <br /> (Paul Colombo, Sandi Godfrey, Seana Pitt,Richard Sahl) <br /> NOI 17 & 23 Alma Road, Kevin W. Gaffney & Karen Flynn Trustees. Proposed swimming pool <br /> and cabana project. (Representative: Strong Tree Engineering) (cons. 1.22/2.05/2.19) 43- <br /> 3397 <br /> Seana Pitt recused herself from this discussion. <br /> Staff reported that the applicant is requesting continuance to March 19, 2026, to allow time to obtain a <br /> doctor's note related to the proposed pool.
