<br />FINCOM-Regular Session <br />February 12,2026 <br /> <br />1. Town Manager presents his FY2027 budget recommendations <br />Town Manager Rodney Collins stated that the FY2027 budget recommendations <br />will be presented at the FINCOM meeting scheduled for February 26. <br /> <br />2. Town Manager updates on other items <br />The Town Manager reported that Draft 1 of the warrant articles is being compiled <br />and will be provided to the Select Board on the 23rd and available for the <br />meeting on the 26th. <br />The Town Manager reported that the wastewater project budget was reduced <br />from $12,480,000 to $12,000,000. <br />Assistant Town Manager Wayne Taylor will check on the Wastewater <br />Superintendent’s availability to attend next week’s meeting to speak with <br />FINCOM. <br />In response to questions, the Town Manager explained that the Police <br />Department construction estimate, originally approximately $26 million, has <br />been reduced and remains well under that figure, with allowances included for <br />change orders and furniture. <br />It was further requested that a detailed, line-by-line breakdown of the Town’s <br />debt be prepared, including original amounts, remaining balances, and total <br />interest obligations. <br />3.Review, discuss, and make recommendations on Warrant articles, if available. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br />(This space is reserved for topics the Chair did not reasonably anticipate would be <br />discussed) <br /> <br />NEXT MEETING <br /> February 19, 2026 @ 4:30 pm <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion made by Greg McKelvey to adjourn the meeting at 4:41p.m. <br />Motion seconded by Jamie Schuh. <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
