APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> No Public Comment. <br /> 3. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> (1) Director's Report <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin. Ms. McLaughlin <br /> reviewed the substantive content of the Report with the Committee, <br /> Elizabeth Kugell motioned to approve the Director's Report; seconded by Rachel <br /> Hodgman;unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (2) Treasurer's Report <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin.
