Mashpee Guide for Business Update <br />The Mashpee Guide for Business, last updated in 2012–2013, requires modernization. <br />Discussion included coordinating an update with the Town Manager’s Office, EDIC, the <br />Chamber of Commerce, and relevant municipal departments. The Committee agreed that <br />past records related to the original guide should be reviewed if available. <br /> <br />Members also noted recent shifts in the local business climate, including multiple <br />businesses currently for sale in Mashpee, reinforcing the importance of updated business <br />resources. <br />5. Action Items <br /> Confirm zoning and health department requirements for the former Triple M building. <br /> Await Zoning Board feedback before advancing partner engagement or fundraising. <br /> Explore formal involvement of the Mashpee Improvement Fund as project lead. <br /> Research the Mashpee Guide for Business-ask Carol for last guide information. <br /> Investigate archival materials related to the prior business guide. <br /> <br />6.
