The project
proponent is here, there were many questions submitted and they will be able to provide an
update tonight, then she will seek input from the Town Planner.
Attorney Christopher Kirrane is present on behalf of the applicant. The development team
alongside him tonight are Mark Dibb with Cape & Islands Engineering, Mark Bogosian the
project proponent, Jeannie Fay, Emily Sullivan with Bowman Consulting, and representatives
from Trader Joe's. Before he continues, he noted some outstanding items, and he doesn't
want to spend too much time focusing on those matters, as they will be addressed at a
following meeting.
Mark Dibb provided the Civil Engineering and Technical Update. This is in response to the
Board Engineer's peer review and subsequent changes. They responded to the February 5t"
letter on February 12th, with documents providing calculations and updated plans. He went
through the key highlights.
An expanded locus map was included to show a one-mile radius. A couple sheets were added
to the plan set, the overall existing conditions plan and the overall site plans. He referenced the
comment regarding bylaws requiring 300ft. around the site to be shown, and it further shows
some ongoing future development and expanded views.
The larger map of the overall site plan (C102) was displayed to the audience. This is a new
plan sheet, as you can see the requirement of 300ft. around the property being met, you can
see how it relates to the condo's, across the street, the site for Chipotle, and the residential
buildings being built, as part of the bylaw technical requirement.
2
