MassDEP has a website. <br /> BOARD MEMBER COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Cape Cod Commission- No Meeting <br /> Community Preservation <br /> Committee- Two votes were recommended to Town Meeting. One is for <br /> the historic preservation of the Baptist Church on Rt. 130 in <br /> the Historical District for$100,000. Brian Hyde from <br /> Historical Commission had some spectacular things to note <br /> about members and the importance it holds to this Town. It <br /> opened in 1930 during segregation, as a safe space for <br /> everyone to meet. <br /> The second vote was for $400,000 for the restoration of <br /> Amos House. This is a rare historic building, as there are not <br /> many left in Mashpee, and people are pushing for it to be <br /> 8 <br />
