Yvonne opens the meeting.Jessica Colpitts, speaks about the request for Early Voting in <br /> person for the Annual Town Election on Saturday, May 9,2026.Jessica requested the Early <br /> Voting dates to take place on Monday,April 27, 2026 through Friday, May 1, 2026. She stated <br /> that if we do Early Voting the week of Town Meeting, May 4, 2026,we would have to cut the <br /> hours because the state requires we stop early voting two days before an election.Yvonne <br /> made motion to accept Early Voting in person for Monday,April 27,2026 through Friday, <br /> May 1'203G.Jessica seconded.The vote passed unanimously. <br /> 2. Jessica speaks about Board of Registrar member,Yvonne Courtney, about her term ending <br /> on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 and if she wants to be reappointed as a Board of Registrar.Jess <br /> then requested a letter of intent to continue as Board of Registrar member.Yvonne spoke, <br /> agreeing that she would continue as a Board of Registrar member and would submit her <br /> request for reappointment toJessica. <br /> 3. Jessica spoke that the Select Board has been notified about the seats available for the <br /> Saturday, May 9,2026 election.These positions include; Housing Authority-1 position for 2 <br /> years, Library Trustee-3 positions for 3 years and 1 position for 1 year,Select Board-2 <br /> positions for 3 years,Town Clerk-1 position for 3 years, Planning Board- 1 position for 3 <br /> years,School Committee-2 positions for 3 years, and Water Commissioner-1 position for <br /> 3yoars. <br />
