Wyman-Colombo, David W. Weeden, John J. <br /> Cotton, Michael Richardson, Tracy Kelley-Wilson, To Manager Rodney C. Collins, and <br /> Assistant To Manager Wayne E. Taylor. <br /> List of documents and other exhibits used at the meeting and retained at the Authority's office: <br /> • Meeting Agenda/Notice <br /> • Letter of Interest Michael Cuccinotta <br /> The Selectboard's meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm and the To Manager Rodney Collins <br /> opened the discussion by clarifying the Housing Authority vacancy that resulted from a recent <br /> resignation. He explained that although a person of interest had been mentioned, questions arose <br /> during the process of placing the matter on the board's agenda, specifically whether the vacancy <br /> had been properly posted. It was determined that the vacancy had not been posted by either the <br /> Select Board office or the Housing Authority. Based on these circumstances, the To Manager <br /> respectfully requested that the matter be tabled. <br /> DECISIONS MADEIA CTION TAKENARE IN BOLD <br /> 1. Meeting Called to Order: A motion to convene the joint meeting with the Mashpee <br /> Housing Authority was made by Selectman Cotton and seconded by Selectwoman <br /> Kelley-Wilson. Motion Carried. 8-Ayes, 0-Nays. Roll Call: Selectwoman Wyman- <br /> Colombo - YES, Selectman Weeden - YES, Selectman Cotton - YES, Selectwoman <br /> Kelley-Wilson — YES, Selectman Richardson — YES, Mashpee Housing Authority Jill <br /> Allen—YES, Mary LeClair—YES, Richard Klein - YES. <br /> A motion to table the agenda item and post the vacancy through the Town Clerk's <br /> Office was made by Selectman Cotton and seconded by Seleetwoman Kelley-Wilson. <br /> Motion Carried. 8-Ayes, O-Nays.
