(CDC) <br /> Greg Crowley, Cavossa Disposal Corp. <br /> Jenn Bayuk, Barrows Waste Systems <br /> Bryan Barrows, Barrows Waste Systems <br /> Lee Koska, Weston& Sampson <br /> Qiang Shen, Weston & Sampson <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> The meeting was called to order at 9:00 am. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> A motion was made by Paul Tilton and seconded by Peter McConarty to approve the minutes <br /> from the November 12, 2025 meeting, Approved 3-0. <br /> 1. Structural Inspection & Facility Assessment <br /> Recent Site Visit <br /> • On November 18th, Weston& Sampson conducted a follow-up structural inspection. <br /> ® Lee Koska and Qfang Shen summarized findings. <br /> • Conditions mostly unchanged from previous inspection, with some purlins <br /> replaced. <br /> • New concern: damage in the train tunneUbay area, including sheared anchor bolts <br /> on columns and broken concrete piers, resulting in columns losing support. <br /> • Damage appears worse than previously observed, possibly due to impact from <br /> equipment or train cars. <br /> • The tipping bay structural condition is largely unchanged. <br />
