Status of Structural Report/Review of Upper Cape Transfer Station Buildings <br /> • Report Overview: <br /> • Lee Koska and W&S team presented an updated structural assessment. <br /> • Still pending response from MassDEP regarding full structural drawings, <br /> • Recommendations provided based on available information. <br /> • Key Structural Issues Found: <br /> o in Building: <br /> • Roof: Severely fire-damaged; recommendation to replace rather than <br /> repair. <br /> • Purlins and Beams: Visual twisting and loss of integrity; need <br /> replacement. <br />
