Approved 3-0. <br /> 1. Review of RFP Proposals for Facility Operations <br /> Summary <br /> • Three proposals received: Cavossa Disposal Corp., Recycling Solutions, and S&J Exco. <br /> ® All three seek to utilize the facility similarly to current usage: C&D MSW Transportation <br /> by rail. <br /> • The proposals, from reputable firms, were distributed to the board the preceding Friday. <br /> • Initial review did not reveal any major issues; all proposers are credible and met general <br /> requirements, <br />
