MINUTES. <br /> The February 11, 2026 Minutes were presented by Vice Chair Sherry Norman. <br /> Christine Perrault motioned to approve the Minutes; seconded by Ron Meyerowitz; <br /> approved unanimously. <br /> 2. APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> No Public Comment. <br /> 3. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> (1) Director's Report <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin. Ms. McLaughlin <br /> reviewed the substantive content of the Report with the Committee. <br /> Elizabeth Kugell motioned to approve the Director's Report; seconded by James Loew; <br /> unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (2) Treasurer's Report <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin.
