<br />Select Board <br />February 9,2026 <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Selectman Cotton-yes <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes <br />Selectman Richardson- yes <br />Interviews and Possible Vote to Fill Vacancy on Mashpee Housing Authority through May 9, <br />2026 Election <br />Motion made by Mary LeClair to convene Mashpee Housing Authority Meeting. <br />Motion seconded by Richard Klein <br />Vote: 3-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Mashpee Housing Authority Chair Jill Allen-yes <br />Mashpee Housing Authority Vice Chair Mary LeClair-yes <br />Richard Klein-yes <br />The meeting was convened to interview and potentially vote to fill the vacancy on the <br />Mashpee Housing Authority for a term through the May 9, 2026 election. The vacancy was <br />duly noted. It was explained that each interview would be conducted during the joint <br />meeting and limited to ten minutes per applicant. Each candidate would be asked the <br />same series of five questions, and if time allowed, applicants would be given the <br />opportunity to elaborate or add additional comments. Following the interviews, <br />nominations would be called. In accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order, a nomination <br />may be seconded, though a second is not required. <br />Motion made by Selectman Weeden to approve the interview process. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br />Vote: 8-0 Unanimous <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
