However, he stated that the proposal as <br />presented includes additional elements beyond preservation and raised concern that using <br />public funds for the restoration may not provide an equitable public benefit. <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson requested if the Article is added to the warrant, it is indicated <br />that this is a private residence without public access. <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />
