He <br />described plans to incorporate oceanography and underwater robotics, creating <br />opportunities for students—particularly at the local high school—to engage in hands-on <br />learning, potentially at both small and larger research scales. <br />It was noted that the idea has been discussed over the past few months and is considered <br />promising potential use of the property. However, Town Manager Rodney Collins explained <br />that legal and procedural steps still need to be completed, including drafting the necessary <br />agreements, before it can formally move forward. While there is support for exploring the <br />concept, the importance of following the proper process was emphasized, as the property <br />remains under town control. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
