Review and Approval of Meeting Minutes – March 18, 2026 Regular Session. <br />Mr. Livingston makes a motion to accept the minutes as submitted. All in favor. <br />Approved. <br /> <br />2. 113 Scituate Rd – Variance to hold off upgrade of a failed Title 5 Septic System due to <br />sewer connection expected Spring 2028. <br /> <br />Homeowner, Kelly Rodriquez is seeking a variance from a Septic Upgrade until the <br />property can be hooked to sewer. Patrick Sullivan Ready Rooter Excavating came before <br />the Board to explain the failure. He strongly recommends it be pumped every six <br />months. The house is currently on the market and vacant. <br /> <br />Health Agent Zackary Seabury explains that the letter from Ready Rooter was submitted <br />that the septic is in failure. Mr. Seabury also explained that the Health Department had <br />a complaint, forwarded from the Mass DEP, stating that the system was leaking and <br />they were pumping extra.
