<br />Town of Mashpee <br />Mashpee High School <br />500 Old Barnstable Road <br />Mashpee, MA 02649 <br />Special Town Meeting <br />Monday, May 4, 2026 <br /> <br />Town Meeting convened at 7:19 PM <br />Voter Present: 477 <br />Quorum: 100 <br /> <br />Barnstable, ss: <br />Greetings to the Constables of the Town, <br /> <br />In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and <br />summon the inhabitants of the Town of Mashpee who are qualified to vote in the elections to meet <br />at the Mashpee High School on Monday, the 4th day of May 2026 at 7:00 p.m. for the following <br />purposes: <br /> <br />To act on the articles contained in the following Warrant: <br /> <br />Motion made by Select Board Member Wyman-Colombo <br />Motion: I move the Town vote to dispense with the reading of the Special Town Meeting <br />warrant articles. <br />Motion passes unanimously at 7:20PM <br /> <br /> <br />Article 1 <br /> <br />To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer the sum of $175 from revenue available <br />for appropriation to pay amounts owed to two employees for longevity payments, as follows: <br /> <br />VENDOR AMOUNT <br />Kimberly Landry – Balance owed for longevity payment $75.00 <br />Donald Chicoine – Balance owed for longevity payment $100.00 <br /> <br />or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> <br /> Submitted by the Select Board <br /> <br />Explanation: This article is necessary to pay the balance owed to two employees for longevity <br />payments from the previous fiscal year. <br /> <br /> <br />
