<br />Short-term Rental: A dwelling or portion(s) thereof where at least one room is rented to an occupant or sub-occupant and all <br />accommodations are reserved in advance for a minimum of one night. Short-term rentals as a principal use of a property shall be made only by those properties that have registered and <br />obtained such Rental Certificates as of May 4, 2026. <br /> <br />
