Initially, there are a series of meetings that involve a variety of <br /> stakeholders. They look at the makeup of the Town and decide what the Mission and Vision of <br /> the organization are, use data available about the Town, and discuss where you want to go in <br /> the next 5 years. You then map out actions to take. If there is a goal to increase advocacy, you <br /> would develop an action plan on what that would look like, with timelines and responsibilities. <br /> Once it is all compiled, you make it public and share with all stakeholders. This is done through <br /> a working group not a regular meeting. This process may require 6 meetings. <br /> MILK Breakfast <br /> The MLK breakfast was well attended, inspirational, and positive. The Chair would like a grant <br /> to support the meals for the children who come in and perform the I Have A Dream speech. <br /> Falmouth resident Dr. Seyana Mawusi was honored with the No Place for Hate Civil <br /> Leadership Award. Mr. Klein would like her to come speak to this Committee. She was <br /> honored for her racial trauma project. <br /> Daphne Burt from Braver Angels will be at our next meeting.
