The Library Birthday mini golf event will be next Thursday, April 23rd, during <br /> school vacation week. The Friends secured sponsorships for the 18 holes. <br /> The Friends are currently at a crossroads with their website; they have an <br /> Instagram account that can use Venmo for ticket purchases, but they are <br /> unsure if the website is necessary at this time. <br /> TRUSTEE OUTREACH <br /> The presentation at the Picnic Box with the Kiwanis Club was welcomed and <br /> well received. They are a great community group who support the library. <br /> Coming up on May 18t" is the Southport presentation. Ann Macdonald and Beth <br /> Geatrakas will be there from 11 :OOAM-Noon. <br /> The Trustees recognized that it was Ruth Nickerson's last meeting as a trustee. <br /> She was thanked for her service to the library, and she said it has been both an <br /> honor and a privilege to work with everyone. <br /> Trustees will think about the Strategic Planning process for the May meeting. <br /> Next Meeting: Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 6:OOPM <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> MOTION: <br /> Ann Macdonald made a motion to adjourn the meeting of the Board of <br /> Library Trustees at 7:30PM.
