In his experience, they simulate a lot, and try to answer <br /> all questions, but rarely if ever, does someone say that's what I see when looking at a <br /> simulation. We all have lived experiences, both joys and frustrations, and that doesn't come <br /> through with moving dots on a screen. For traffic engineering, it's great, but it doesn't transfer <br /> well to the court of public opinion, especially if you had that one bad experience on a peak <br /> summer day, you will never forget. <br /> 22 <br />
