Seconded by <br /> Karen Faulkner. All in favor. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Partial Release of Covenant 226 Dunrobin Road <br /> This property in Willowbend is under contract to be sold next week. The old covenant is from <br /> 1998 and was never released. Through a title search it was discovered there was no partial or <br /> release issued, and upon further digging, it appears no property on Dunrobin Road was ever <br /> released. This is a clerical matter to clear titles on this property as a partial release, specific to <br /> this property, not to the whole covenant. <br /> Mr. Tobin wants to assure the Board that this release seems overly cautious as the plan <br /> predates the lot, it has a clean title, and this lot is referenced on a subsequent plan where the <br /> release doesn't directly apply. <br /> The applicant referenced the new plan notation. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Dennis Balzarini made a motion to approve the release of the covenant at 226 <br /> Dunrobin Road. Seconded by Karen Faulkner. All in favor. <br /> CHAIRS REPORT <br /> Town Meeting Results <br /> Ms. Waygan gave kudos to Brian Tobin for carrying through two tricky amendments to the <br /> zoning bylaw. Meeting with the community and investing that time really paid off. <br /> She elaborated about the debt exemption, HVAC, and wastewater lasting the duration of the <br /> bond, but the overrides are permanently on the taxes. <br /> Ms. Waygan also clarified the passage of those articles now requires a vote on Saturday at the <br /> ballot. <br /> Local Comprehensive Plan <br /> Ms. Waygan referenced the Open Space and Recreation Plan money. There was a comment <br /> from Colton Atkinson reminding us to start that plan. The release of the RFP is in coordination <br /> with the LCP, and there is a meeting with the Commission regarding the Regional Open Space <br /> Plan.
