MINUTES: <br /> The March 12, 2026 Minutes were presented by Vice Chair Sherry Norman. One <br /> correction was noted from May 12 to May 13. With the correction, Christine Perrault <br /> motioned to approve the Minutes; seconded by Judith Scofield;approved unanimously. <br /> 2. APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS; <br /> No Public Comment. <br /> 3. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> (1) Director's Report <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin. Ms. McLaughlin <br /> reviewed the substantive content of the Report with the Committee. <br /> Christine Perrault motioned to approve the Director's Report; seconded by Judith <br /> Scofield; unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (2) Treasurer's Re o�rt <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin.
