Review of Pr000sed Amendments to Annual Town Meeting Article 31 <br /> Article 31 amendment motion was presented by Town Planner Brian Tobin,to clarify the "accessory use" <br /> section of the short-term rental bylaw, making explicit points that were implied from prior Planning Board <br /> deliberations. <br /> Motion by Weeden to amend Article 31 as presented by the Town Planner <br /> Motion seconded by Wilson <br /> VOTE: 5-0 <br /> Roll all Vote: Michaela Wyman-Colombo,yes David Weeden,yes John Cotton,yes <br /> Tracy Wilson,yes Michael Richardson,yes <br /> 2. Review of Proposed Construction Schedule Changes Related to Route 151 Corridor Imp.[gyernents <br /> E[piect <br /> Assistant Town Manager Wayne Taylor addressed concerns about the extension of construction through <br /> June 19,2026. Only one day will require a detour due to paving; no other full closures expected. Most of <br /> the other work(bike path, stone work, etc.) will remain off the main road. MassDOT to finalize all plans <br /> but they want input from the Town.
