<br /> Option 2 – Deny variance from 1000’ ft. Have Mr. Bryan put it on a maintenance <br />agreement to have the system not overflow so long as he is the owner. When it is <br />purchased, the buyer will have to repair the system before moving in. <br /> <br /> Option 3 – Hold off on upgrades and have a new Title5 done in June to observe <br />the health of the system and accepting the flow with the correction. <br /> <br />Mr. Bryan has reduced the price of the property for buyers to repair the system. Which <br />will require the installation of I/A technology. <br /> <br />The Board discusses the options with Health Agent Seabury. <br /> <br />The consensus from the Board is that the pumping maintenance agreement until the <br />sale of the property to a buyer who would upgrade the system. <br /> <br />Mr. Ring makes the motion. <br />Motion to technically deny request for the variance, allow the property to be on a <br />maintenance agreement until sold. The purchaser would be required to bring the <br />system into compliance with the local I/A requirements. <br />Mr. Livingston seconds.
