Attorney <br />Rob Mills presented the application on behalf of the applicant and outlined the proposed <br />ownership transfer and requested change in operating hours. The applicant requested <br />changing the opening time from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. Town Manager Rodney Collins <br />clarified that Sunday hours would begin at 12:00 p.m., with an 11:00 a.m. opening the <br />remainder of the week. Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson confirmed that the wine bar and retail <br />shop would operate as separate entities.
