Town Manager Collins explained that the application had initially been <br />considered a simple license change; however, the Alcoholic Beverages Control <br />Commission (ABCC) determined that abutter notiļ¬cation was required under its <br />regulations. <br />Applicant Peter Murner appeared before the Board and explained that the request is part of <br />a transition from a farm brewery license to a brew pub license, which would allow the <br />establishment to serve wine, spirits, and beer not brewed on site while continuing <br />operations under its existing licenses during the application process. <br /> Collins noted receipt of correspondence from the Mashpee Shores Association regarding <br />the application.
