<br /> <br />Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> <br /> <br />MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 10, 2026 <br /> <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, June <br />10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great <br />Neck Road North. Chairman, Ronald Bonvie, Board Members Jonathan D. Furbush, <br />William A. Blaisdell, Scott Goldstein, Sharon Sangeleer, and Associate Members, <br />Charles Reidy, and Michael Morizio were present. Also present was Building <br />Commissioner, David Morris. <br /> <br />Chairman Bonvie opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings <br />were being televised live on Mashpee TV. He will take comments after each hearing. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br /> <br />68 Mercantile Way <br /> <br />Sitting on this hearing are the five regular Board members. <br /> <br />Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the applicant Oyster Back Bays for the <br />Modification to the existing Special Permit. At the last hearing an as-built plan was <br />submitted to the Board for approval of the additional trees added as well as the <br />fencing around the dumpster. During the discussion at the last hearing, the Board <br />had approved an additional eight (8) parking spaces in the previous Modification <br />and Attorney Kirrane is now requesting that those eight parking spaces be removed <br />from the Modification because they will not be constructed. The Board requested <br />that in addition to the modification of the additional trees and fencing that the <br />request include the removal of the eight parking spaces. <br /> <br />Attorney Kirrane submitted a letter to the Board requesting a modification for the <br />trees and fencing, and in addition, approval modification to remove the eight parking <br />spaces. <br /> <br />Chairman Bonvie asked for comments from the Board and Building Commissioner <br />Morris. There were no comments. <br /> <br />Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion that the Board consider this a Minor Modification. <br />Mr. Blaisdell so moved. Mr. Furbush second.
