Chapter 138, Section 12, for the premises located at 381- <br />D12 Falmouth Road, Mashpee. <br />The restaurant is currently operating without alcohol service while the license application <br />is pending. The applicant is TIPS certified and has experience serving alcoholic beverages. <br />The restaurant includes a small bar with approximately four seats and seating for about 60 <br />patrons. The proposed hours for alcohol service are from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. <br />The Town Manager reported no concerns regarding the application.
