She also shared updates from Human Services Committee, noting there are many <br />available online resources and programs for residents. <br />Selectman Richardson reported on the groundbreaking ceremonies for the Boys & Girls Club <br />teen center and the new police station project. He also noted that 140 families were served <br />through local food pantry e?orts. <br />Selectman Weeden shared information regarding an upcoming event at the Wareham Public <br />Library on June 9 related to nitrogen management and environmental issues. <br />WATER QUALITY UPDATES <br />TOWN MANAGER UPDATES <br /> <br /> Deadline for October Town Meeting Warrant Articles on July 13, 2026 <br />Town Manager Rodney Collins discussed the deadline for submission of warrant articles <br />for the October Town Meeting, noting that the deadline is July 13, 2026, at 4:30 PM. It was <br />also noted that the Board will have four regular sessions prior to the deadline for review <br />and discussion of articles. <br />Dedication of the Mashpee Water Resource Recovery Facility <br />It was noted that the dedication ceremony for the Mashpee Water Resource Recovery <br />Facility will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM. <br /> Military-Civilian Community Council (MC3) update on JBCC Cantonment Area <br />Master Planning Initiative on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 5:30 PM at Sandwich Center for <br />Active Living <br />21 <br /> <br /> <br />
