Tobin stated the figures <br />were based on the most recent census data along with building permit activity and related <br />planning information. <br />Motion made by Selectman Cotton to accept the Seasonal Population Increase <br />Estimate. <br />Motion seconded by Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson. <br />Vote: 5-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Weeden-yes <br />Selectman Cotton-yes <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes <br />Selectman Richardson-yes <br />CONVENE QUARTERLY JOINT MEETING WITH AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST <br />Review of Request for First Quarter Gap Funding for Continued Participation in the <br />Barnstable County Shared Regional Housing Services Program – Michael Sparkes, <br />A?ordable Housing Committee Chair <br />Michael Sparkes presented a request for first-quarter gap funding to allow the Town to <br />continue participation in the Barnstable County Shared Regional Housing Services Program <br />for a third year. Sparkes stated the request had previously been brought before the A?ordable <br />Housing Trust and explained that the majority of the program funding is expected to be <br />requested through Community Preservation Committee funding later in the year, which <br />would not go before Town Meeting until November. <br />Sparkes requested approval to use $2,852.19 from the Affordable Housing Trust to cover <br />the first quarter of the program beginning July 1. He noted the program provides consulting <br />hours that have been beneficial to the Town, including assistance with housing-related <br />planning efforts and work with the Affordable Housing Committee on policy and mission <br />statement development. <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
