He would like to see floor containment so it will not go into the dirt. He <br /> was initially looking at the storage cabinet, but now he is thinking about chemicals. <br /> Matt Tilden with Dewberry Engineering has worked for Telco for 20 years, he can't say it would <br /> never happen, but he has never seen it. <br /> Mr. Hansen added that the front and back of the cabinet are gasket sealed, with the top portion <br /> vented, and the lower contained. If there was spillage, it would be contained within the lower <br /> portion of the cabinet. <br /> Ms. Waygan inquired as to how often the cabinets are opened and looked at. <br /> It was answered once every two months, but Mr. Tilden cannot say for certain if the cabinets <br /> are opened every time they go to the site. During a power outage, the battery life would <br /> operate for 8 hours. <br /> Jean Christy, Consulting Engineer for the Board, stated there is a two-part peer review, the <br /> engineering side and the civil aspect. As previously mentioned, this is a small site. A lot of the <br /> reviews were focused on the stormwater management system. Ms. Christy has some <br /> comments and will happily go through them. <br /> 1. Zoning Bylaw <br /> a. Make sure the site is not within critical habitats and provide documentation for that. <br /> Part of the site is in a precontact archeological area. <br /> The applicant pulled up the GIS and the site plans will be revised to show the precontact <br /> sensitivity line that intersects the site. Additionally, the applicant conducted a Phase 1 <br /> Archeological Survey, to determine presence in the area. The consultant provided the results <br /> to the Mass Historical Commission in 2022, and the MHC responded in April of that year. An <br /> intensive locational archeological survey was conducted to identify and locate resources <br /> affected. The applicant's consultant obtained an investigation permit and conducted that <br /> survey. That second report was provided to the MHC on January 3, 2023. The survey met <br /> relevant permit standards as stated in the March 10, 2023, correspondence, also Tab 17 of <br /> the application. <br /> 3 <br />
