<br />Economic Development & Industrial Corporation <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Date: June 30, 2026 <br />Time: 6:05 PM <br />Location: Mashpee Town Hall / Hybrid Meeting <br />1. Call to Order <br />The meeting of the Economic Development & Industrial Corporation was called to order at 6:05 <br />PM by Chair Pamela McCarthy. <br />2. Roll Call <br />Present: <br />Pamela McCarthy <br />Robyn Simmons <br />Stephanie Viva <br />Patrice Pimental <br />Also Present: <br />Lauren (Guest, Mashpee Enterprise) <br />Mike Richardson, Select Board Representative (Non-voting) <br />A quorum was confirmed. <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br />A motion was made to approve the minutes of the April 28, 2026 meeting. <br />Motion: Approved unanimously. <br />4. Committee Leadership Transition <br />Chair Pamela McCarthy formally announced her resignation from the Chair position due to <br />family commitments and thanked the committee members for their support and collaboration. <br />Discussion followed regarding succession planning and committee leadership. <br />Stephanie Viva was nominated to serve as Chair of the Economic Development & Industrial <br />Corporation. A motion was made and seconded. <br />Motion: Stephanie Viva elected Chair unanimously. <br />For transparency and procedural clarity, a confirming vote was conducted and unanimously <br />affirmed. <br /> <br />
