The Committee reviewed progress on updating the Mashpee Guide for Business. <br />Discussion included: <br /> Modernizing the existing 2012/2013 publication; <br /> Transitioning to a digital-first format; <br /> Reducing the guide's length and improving usability; <br /> Including updated financing resources, permitting information, and current business <br />support resources; and <br /> Maintaining limited printed copies for distribution through the Chamber and municipal <br />offices. <br />Committee members agreed to review the draft and provide recommendations prior to the next <br />meeting. <br />8. Administrative Updates <br />The Committee discussed the importance of maintaining transparency in voting procedures, <br />committee documentation, and succession planning. <br />Historical documents and records previously maintained by Carol Sherman will be reviewed as <br />part of the transition process. <br />9. New Business <br />No additional new business was brought before the Committee. <br />10.
